Shipping, Damaged Goods, & Returns

• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

• Risk of Loss: All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

• Returns: Due to the small-batch, artisanal nature of our cosmetic formulations, all sales are final. If your glass bottle arrives damaged during transit, please contact us at evestearsofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage so we can arrange a replacement.
